My name is Kathryn Rogers and the name Forkprovoking® came to mind with the clear realisation that pretty much everything I am learning about nutrition sciences is indeed 'forkprovoking'!
My career and training have plaited my love of building recipes, the joy that food presentation brings to me, my fascination of the science of health and, not least, my knowledge of nutrition.
My add-on interests and hobbies of spending time immersed in the natural world and of gardening, lace my knowledge about food, and enhance my nutritional therapy ethos.
I find it difficult to hold back my enthusiasm about the potential for improving personal health with nutrition and absolutely get a buzz from sharing targeted facts, and guiding individuals to make dietary and lifestyle choices that could make a positive difference to their lives.
